Your dog’s training day will be comprised of multiple mini training sessions a day! We break your dog’s training session into multiple small session to keep them engaged and motivated! When we are not training, we do enrichment games to create a strong bond with your dog. The better relationship we have with your dog, the easier it is to communicate with them.

Obedience Board and Train

As balanced trainers, we deliver clear, consistent, real world results with all of our programs.

On Leash Basic Obedience (4 weeks, $3500.00)

Advanced Obedience (6 weeks, $4500.00)

As balanced trainers, we deliver clear, consistent, real world results with all of our programs.

Our basic obedience, “On Leash training Program consists of the following:

Attention: Our attention getting exercise teaches each dog their name and to look directly at us each time they hear it. This lays the foundation for everything else you will ever request of your dog. If your dog is paying attention you can get him/her to perform anything within their ability.
Leash Manners: This teaches dogs to work properly and confidently on a leash. Preventing unwanted pulling and jerking is often a concern of many dog owners. Teaching dogs not to jump on to people is also covered during this training phase.

Sit/Sit Stay: Dogs are trained to sit quickly on the first command and must stay until released or asked to perform another task.

Down/Down Stay: Dogs are trained to lie down quickly on the first command and must stay until released or asked to perform another task.

Come: The dog must come and sit directly in front of the handler when given the command to do so. The dog must stay sitting until released or asked to perform another task.

Heel: The dog will walk on the left side of the handler and turn or change pace as needed. The dog will sit when the handler comes to halt.

Release: Everything that has a beginning must have an end. That is why each dog is trained to the “FREE” or release command. When the dog has completed an exercise he/she is given the release and may move around at will providing they do not pull or jerk on the leash.

Place: The dog is trained to go to a crate or mat and remain there until released. This is very helpful when someone unexpectedly arrives at your door. Simply point to the mat and tell your dog PLACE. Going on a picnic? Take your dogs’ mat and enjoy the day with your dog, not searching for him.

Each command is trained in a controlled environment until your dog clearly understands what is expected of them. We gradually introduce environmental distractions to ensure that they will perform in the presences of people, traffic, other dogs and the like. Finally, we proof the dogs with resistance training. This teaches the dog that when given a command they must follow the command even when pressure is applied signaling for the dog to break from position.

None of these issues are a quick fix and that is why our program is 4-8 weeks long, depending on your dog’s issues and our rehabilitation training plan.

We do not take a cookie cutter approach to training. We design each case around your dog and your needs. During our behavior modification program, your dog will learn all of the same obedience as our other programs and your dog will learn to make better decisions while creating a calm state of mind. Our Goal is for your dog be the best version of themselves. With our guidance and decades of experience, we can help transform your dog into a better behaved and confident animal!

Aggression Training (Monthly Rate $6500, additional weeks $1000 per week)

Whether it be dog on dog aggression, dog on human aggression or a combination of both, it can be an extremely stressful experience for a dog owner, possibly having devastating emotional and financial consequences.

We always operate transparently and provide our clients with truthful, reliable and unfiltered feedback. In a lot of cases, most people are not equipped with the skill set to deal with difficult dogs exhibiting serious aggression.

Aggression will be evaluated on a case by case basis and our normal training fees do not apply. The cost for this training is much higher and pricing is based on the severity of the aggression.

Police K9 Training

Police Dogs: For cops, by cops…..The dog training world is full of trainers who provide training in areas where they have very little to no actual, physical, real-world experience. The police dog sales and training forum is no different. Simply training a dog to pass a police K-9 certification and occupying space in a K-9 Unit for years doesn’t give one experience through osmosis.

Having been a professional dog trainer for 25 years and spending nearly 10 years as a police dog handler, working three (3) different dogs in an environment riddled with savage criminals with no conscience who are empowered by a weak, liberal judicial system, I have been a part of hundreds of apprehensions of violent offenders. I have undisputed real-world experience.

I specifically know the genetic traits required by the dogs to thrive in this environment as well as a detailed selection and testing process to reveal strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, having trained countless K-9 teams from green to machine, I have proven training techniques that prepare the dog and handler be self-sufficient, passing certifications with ease but more importantly, preparing the team to hunt and apprehend the 1%’er
